Man, wife fight in public: In a strange incident a couple was involved in a ‘tug-of-war’ inside a car in the parking lot of the General Department for Nationality and Passports, reports Al-Anba daily. According to eyewitness reports the husband forced his wife out of the car and the latter in a fit of anger smashed the windshield and the rear glass of the vehicle. The problem was solved amicably with the help of police. The nationality of the couple has not been disclosed.
SMS to harass girl: Police have arrested an unidentified young Kuwaiti army man for harassing an unidentified girl by sending her SMS on her cell phone, reports Al-Watan daily. The girl in her complaint to police said she does not even know the youth and that he had been sending her indecent pictures on her cell phone. Police interrogations revealed the suspect was making random calls in an attempt to make friends with women. The youth is also said to have admitted to sending SMS. He also said he wanted to stop sending the messages when he knew the victim did not entertain him, but that he continued sending the messages because she called him a donkey.
